The Graham Beck Brut Rosé the wine has a beautiful salmon pink color with strawberry fruit flavors. Made from the traditional Méthode Cap Classique base wines of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, its unique silver-pink hue is obtained by an enzymatic reaction during the transport of the Pinot Noir fruit to the cellar. The fine, lively mousse is brisk on the palate, showing hints of oyster shell, fresh lavender, and subtle hints of berry and cherry.
Made from a blend of 66% Pinot Noir and 34% Chardonnay, the NV Brut Rosé begins with lively aromatics of lemon peel, strawberry seed, fresh citrus blossom and yellow cherry skin. Medium-bodied, the palate is lively and energetic with a vibrant mouthfeel before giving way to a crisp, mineral edge. The wine concludes with a soft, lingering finish that makes me salivate and begs me back for a second sip. Half a million bottles were produced after spending 15 to 18 months on the lees.

The NV Brut Rose, disgorged in February 2018, has a fresh rose petal and light cherry bouquet and a faint tough of the sea in the background. The palate is well balanced,, with a slightly honeyed, textured opening. This is a richer style of Brut Rose, though it manages to maintain tension on the finish. Fine.
A soft, dry sparkling rosé with modest aromas and flavors of strawberry hull, white cranberry and grapefruit peel. Medium bodied with assertive carbonation and a clean finish. So juicy and refreshing, this would be an excellent choice for brunch or lunch al fresco.
