Another impressive wine from this producer is the 2020 BDX Red Wine, which is based on 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, 20% Petit Verdot, and the rest Malbec. Ripe black and blue fruits, leafy herbs, chalky minerality, and smoked earth all define the aromatics, and it's medium to full-bodied, with good purity of fruit, some chalky tannins, and a good finish. Drink bottles over the coming 4-6 years.
