Bulfinch 83 is a redistilled gin that begins as base of our own neutral grain spirit before redistilling with a proprietary mixture of Juniper and botanicals, with added notes of black licorice, a dynamic zest of citrus flavoring, and a hint of cardamom finish. This gin will leave you with a sense that it is unlike conventional gins. That is by design. Craft distilling is about bucking tradition and doing so with quality products.
