The Douglas fir we use is native to Washington State's west coast. It has grown there for centuries. We forage new growth at the peak of summer when the citrus and earth notes are strongest. It's slow distilled in small batches to capture more high and base notes, and a more robust flavor profile. We mix it with four secret ingredients to make broVo+DF Douglas Fir Liqueur. All our liqueurs are designed to be more nose than palate, with a wonderful aroma that is delightful over ice or mixed into a custom cocktail.
