Seattle Distilling The Rocket Vodka
This Rocket's red glare has a unique patina. Our custom hot-rod is the centerpiece of the distillery. A 250 gallon custom still with a connection to the 50's that endeavors to launch SDC into craft distilling's outer limits. Every company need a bold symbol to say, "here's what we do." We say, "put your helmet on, we're going to the moon."
Dry Fly Washington Wheat Whiskey“On the palate, neat, this whiskey was very soft, almost like a baby’s blanket caressing my tongue, with freshly baked orange scones, cinnamon toast, white pepper and peppermint notes.” - Lance Mayhew, Oregon Culinary Institute The Hooch Life “Dry Fly lingers on the tongue and leaves you thirsty for more. It is delicate and flavorful with touches of peaches, honey, butterscotch, and cinnamon. Their Washington Wheat Whiskey is a youthful drinkable whiskey that exemplifies craft distilling at it’s finest.” “Dry Fly Distilling is the first legal distillery in Washington since Prohibition. A passion for true craft distilling and commitment to sourcing locals grains and botanicals from sustainable farms means you can feel even better when imbibing their amazing spirits. Their Washington Wheat Whiskey is a real gem, as wheat whiskeys are fairly rare, and good ones rarer still.”
3 Howls Distillery Hopped Whiskey3 Howls Hopped Whiskey layers Amarillo and Horizon hops on a foundation of Chinook Hops to create a whiskey like no other! With a strong flowery, citrus nose, it's surprisingly smooth on first sip. It has a long and lingering flavor of pine and exotic spice.
Bainbridge Heritage Douglas Fir GinThis is an expressive and dynamic American gin, certainly not shy about letting you know that it's a gin of a different, and we think better, stripe. The nose is ripe with notes of supple organic juniper, a hint or cardamom and the brightness of fresh-harvested doug fir boughs. The palate is brilliant with notes of juniper berry and citrus peel, and hints of fennel, coriander and fresh botanicals. In a martini this gin comes to life, but it's also the perfect partner to high quality mixers used in cocktails simple and complex. As with our grains, the botanicals used in Bainbridge Heritage Organic Doug Fir Gin are grown by family farmers who share our vision to making organic products the best available anywhere and commitment to doing things the right way.
