Hand-Crafted Bitter Chocolate Spirit A bitter chocolate spirit made with organic, fair-trade cocao nibs, roasted in small batches at our distillery. We take the roasted nibs and macerate them in high-proof spirits produced in our copper column stills. We add no sugar: the result is dark infusion with the essence of bitter chocolate.
